Animal Websites Only - kitties, doggies, wolves, tigers, all animals are excepted
(Except for awards #5 and Liza's Golden Award)
Family Friendly - no abuse shown towards animals etc.
Quality Content - Not just a page full of links to other websites, at least 2-3 pages pictures, facts etc.
We have to like it :o)
